He has helped me run better, fight better, have a better posture and feel less pain (particularly and old hip pain I couldn’t get rid of for years, even with MFR). When I started I barely could do the standing bridge. But since then he’s been guiding me with a lot of patience, encouraging me and pushing me to do stuff I would never have done on my own. Plus, he’s a practitioner himself, which is very useful and reassuring. He knows what you’re going through because he was there himself. If you want to fix your body and you’re ready to put a bit of work, I definitely recommend Tom ! Nick Collins May 19, 2019 at 3:01 am - Reply Since taking up functional patterns with Tom, I have seen great improvement in my posture, meaning less pain and more overall control in my movement. Playing GAA, I was always falling short of fitness due to strains and pains while training. I used general isolation muscle exercises to build strength. Having issues with my posture already, these exercises caused me to be more dysfunctional. Since incorporating functional exercises which promote movement and the connectivity of different muscles working together, I feel I have become stronger and gained more control. I have a long way to go but I am confident in the process based on my results so far. Paul Daly August 1, 2019 at 9:24 pm - Reply After recent shoulder surgery I attended Tom for my post surgery physio. As anticipated Tom worked wonders and I am now back to full movement in the shoulder for the first time in 2 years. What i diddnt expect was the advice and exercises given to me which has resulted in greater core strenght and overall flexibility. His advice on posture and the interrelationship between different areas of the body was excptional. I now find that I have better body pisture in work which has ment significantly less body fatigue no more sore back from sitting at a desk all day. Thanks Tom and I look forward to taking some of your classes when you start your next set in september.
